Red Door Tavern

Went there after lunch hours. There were still several tables of people and people at the bar. We were seated immediately. The menu covers about anything you want. Burgers are good. My son had the Philly steak sandwich. He said it was good and tasty. I had Bobcat burger with chips. Chips were good! His fries were also very good and I don't like fries! There's a full bar for adult beverages. The wait staff was excellent at keeping an eye on not only our table but ALL tables and what was needed before you had a chance to ask!

Went the for the first time the other day because we wanted something more affordable after seeing how outrageous buffalo wild wings food prices were now a days (10 wings for $16!!! TF?!). I've always wanted to go here but always forgot about it. We were super happy with the environment the bar has, was chill vibes. Our bartender was fantastic, and the food was even better. Their wings are top notch if you get them without sauce on them, and their Albanian sauce was good too (was kind of like a buffalo). We also got a BLT (which has just as much bacon as the pictures showed), and a French dip (was solid, the au jus was fantastic!) With onion rings (also good). We will definitely come back again in the near future!

Staff seems very kind and attentive. Atmosphere is midwest dive bar. Food presentation is lovely. Freshness of food served is a lil questionable. Had to pick the cucumbers off my plate because they were soft and mushy and not crisp and refreshing. Salad was also very sour, I’m assuming due to the onions being old. Seems more of a burger joint so I made due with the offerings available, not sure I’ll be back with all the other options close by.

I mainly go later at night to hang out with a friend. It's her regular bar. It's quieter at this time but the other regulars who are here are quite friendly and very nice. I've only had the burgers and fries so far but I've loved it every time. I do plan on trying different items as time goes on though. I can't say much about the alcoholic selection cuz I don't drink much myself but my friend likes it. Apparently they have a trivia night that she loves coming here for as well. I would totally come during that night if I didn't have prior commitments on those days myself.

Rediscovering Red Door Tavern after a long while was a decision that left us absolutely delighted. Starving and in search of a satisfying meal, this tavern was a reminder of how a spontaneous dining choice can turn into a wonderfully memorable experience. Our server was a standout aspect of our visit. With their attentive and kind approach, they ensured our dining experience was exceptional. It's a rare joy to encounter service that makes you feel genuinely cared for, and our server at Red Door Tavern did just that. As for the meal, the burger and beer were simply fantastic. The burger was a masterclass in flavor and juiciness, satisfying our hunger beyond expectations. Paired with a perfectly chilled beer from their impressive selection, it was the epitome of a classic, comforting tavern meal. Though I noticed the iconic red door was no longer part of the entrance, the essence of what makes Red Door Tavern a special place still shines through in its warm hospitality and delicious food. In sum, our visit to Red Door Tavern was a wonderful experience. It's a place where great food, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere come together to create a dining experience that's hard to beat. Whether you're a regular or just passing through, Red Door Tavern is sure to impress. I'm eagerly looking forward to returning!

We have been exploring locations that are new to us. On Tuesday, the 31st of May, we went to the Red Door Tavern. The Red Door is more a neighborhood place than a classic dive bar. Parking is at the rear of the building, as is a really nice patio. On the back of the building is the "Red Door ."The menu is pretty extensive, and they have a daily special. Tuesdays, the special was a meatloaf dinner. We ordered a French Dip and a Buffalo Chicken Sandwich. The sandwiches came with the chips, but I substituted onion rings. The shredded beef in the French dip was moist and favorable. The Buffalo Chicken Sandwich was not overly spicy or messy and came with crumbled blue cheese. The onion rings were a suitable porion. The rings were crisp on the outside and moist and favorable on the inside; in other words, just right. We were experiencing our first trip to the Red Door Tavern, but this is on our return to list. Service was fast, and the server was attentive without hovering. They had a good selection of pies, but by then, we were stuffed.
